A workshop titled "Better Communication for Better Families" is being planned for ethnic minority families. The session will cover the stages of communication, analyze the barriers to communication within the family, and discuss various tips to improve communication among family members, coupled with some topics on mental health first aid. Role play and group activities will also be included in the session to make it more engaging and effective for the participants.
