With a targeted audience of 20 Indian elderly individuals, this workshop aims to foster their mental health and overall wellbeing through a carefully curated rundown of activities. The session will commence at 2:00 pm with a seamless registration process and a warm program introduction, setting the stage for an engaging and enriching experience.

From 2:10 pm to 2:45 pm, a distinguished speaker will lead a captivating Mental Wellbeing Talk. Drawing upon their expertise, they will provide invaluable insights and guidance, empowering participants to prioritize and nurture their mental health.

The session's conclusion, from 2:45 pm to 3:15 pm, will encompass essential elements for continued engagement. Participants will have the opportunity to complete post-evaluation forms, ensuring their voices are heard and their feedback is considered. Additionally, coupon distribution will take place, allowing participants to avail themselves of future benefits, and a delightful tea gathering will provide a space for relaxation and socialization.

The Mental Health Projects Team, Division of Public Policy, along with Jolly Good Matirivan, is dedicated to creating a supportive and empowering environment for Indian elderly individuals. By focusing on mental wellbeing and offering a platform for engagement and growth, this workshop strives to make a positive impact on the lives of its esteemed participants.
